If you purchased products from Dermaware®, we offer a 15-day money back guarantee (from ship date) on any unused products. You must get a return authorization number prior to return of products.


We recommend that you send your return via UPS insured at full value or insured Parcel Post for your protection against damage or loss during shipment. Include your original invoice with return authorization number and reason for return in your package. Once we receive all forms, un-used products in good condition we will issue your credit within 10-15 business days. We're sorry, but shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable.
