Shipping and Delivery

Orders received before noon central time are shipped within 24-48 hours depending on product availability. All shipping dates and times are based on non-holiday business days (Monday-Friday). All body products are shipped via FedEx ground only. FedEx Ground shipping charges is a minimum of $15.00 or 6.5% of the order. 2-Day shipping is a minimum of $45 or 12.5% of the order. FedEx Standard Overnight is a minimum of $55 or 15.5% of the order. There is a $35 shipping surcharge for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. If you require any other shipping method than those listed here please email us with your special instructions or place your order through our toll free number 888-292-DERM. We cannot ship to post office boxes. Once we receive process your order you will receive an email confirmation.

FedEx Ground
FedEx Ground shipping does not guarantee a specific delivery date. Depending on the ship to address, shipping times vary between 5-7 business days.

FedEx 2-Day
FedEx 2-Day shipping arrives 2 business days from the date of shipment by 7 pm. FedEx 2-Day orders must be placed before noon central time to be processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours, depending on product availability.

FedEx Standard
Overnight orders shipped via FedEx standard overnight are delivered one day after shipment by 3 pm. Overnight orders must be placed before noon central time to be processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours, depending on product availability.
